German A2 for beginners with previous knowledge - Welcome!

Do you already speak some German? This course is for participants with basic knowledge. We’ll learn in an intensive and effective way!
In this course, we’ll cover sports, health and fitness issues, school, education, jobs, celebrations and presents at the advanced elementary level. We‘ll learn how to express interests, opinions, wishes, plans, requests and recommendations. We‘ll use reflexive verbs, verb kickers, verbs with prepositions, and modal verbs in the past tense.

By the end of this course, you will be able to give directions, express your opinion, talk about wishes, plans, preferences, and describe objects. You will learn new vocabulary related to leisure activities, furnishings, materials, directions, weather, traffic, post, and communication. You will be able to use the subjunctive II, the passive voice, adjective declension, the comparative, and connecting adverbs.

In this course, we want to speak a lot. In addition, we will learn and review important grammatical structures and practise them both orally and in writing. As homework, there will regularly be exercises for revision.

This course has 8 spots and takes place in person at Vivat Lingua!

This course is part of a project run by the University of Tübingen, and the trainers will receive professional guidance and support throughout the entire period. Anonymous data will be collected for a research study.
